Why are companies still trading when they have gone bust. Southern Glass in Maidstone are still trading S ans A in Chatham are still trading Bells Glass in gillingham are still trading All have recently gone into liquidation but are still trading from the same adress but have changed the names slightly. They all use orginal phone numbers, so to the general public they are still the original company, this is morally wrong and missleading the general public.

you probally know all about southern glass as I understand they closed down and started again one week later trading from same address with same phone number. I think they changed profile system and may now buy in frames. I know they refuse to honour any guarantees

Southern Glass Windows & Conservatories Ltd went into liquidation earlier this year. The trading name was taken over by Rayliegh Glass.
I understand that the Southern Glass in Maidstone is a different Ltd Co.
I was a customer of Southern Glass Windows & Conservatories Ltd and am now a creditor after beeing left with an extension which is falling down.
I would very much like to get in touch with any other unfortunate customers of this company.
