Zenith used to be called Zenith Bowater but are now known as Zenith Staybrite and affiliated with Weatherseal. It is not 100% clear whether they are owned by the same company or are the same company! They are a reasonably big company based in Cheshire and they sell windows, doors, conservatories, flat roofing amongst other things.

Company History:	Zenith Staybrite have over 40 years experience in the double-glazing and home improvement industries. Founded in 1969, the firm has branches across the UK. Their products are primarily windows, doors and conservatories, although they have expanded into garage doors, roofline products, porches and driveways. The company was originally founded by Barry Knights and Fred Slater, who in 1969 opened Zenith Windows first showroom on Aylsham Road in Norwich. Behind the premises the business partners ran Zenith’s factory out of a large garage, where they produced aluminium framed secondary glazed windows. This continued until 1982 when the firm was bought out by Bowater Home Improvements Ltd to become part of their building products division. However the company still traded under its original name, Zenith Windows. Two years later, in 1984, the company moved on from aluminium frames to begin manufacturing uPVC windows frames. To this end Zenith established a new, Norwich-based manufacturing plant which was opened by HRH The Princesss Royal. By 1986 Zenith had ceased manufacturing aluminium frames altogether. A year later Bowater Home Improvements acquired Staybrite Windows, which had been founded in 1974, and consolidated it with the Zenith brand to form a single unit. The company continued to expand, opening new showrooms and an extra manufacturing plant in Norwich in 1995. By 1999 it had expanded its range of uPVC windows, doors and porches to include roofline products such as bargeboards, gutters, downpipes and cladding, as well as fascias and soffits. Zenith Staybrite also added conservatories and garden rooms to its range in the year 2000, and flat roofs, driveways and door canapés in 2006. However, Bowater Home Improvements was hit hard by the financial crisis. In 2008 Bowater Home Improvements went into administration resulting in the loss of 100 jobs at its four offices in Worthing, Brighton, Bognor and Crawley. Zenith Staybrite was sold on to the MyHouse Group, a large independently owned home improvement company. In January of 2012 Zenith Staybrite expanded its range, rebranding itself from Zenith Windows to Zenith Home. This is the name the firm now uses throughout its online and offline marketing materials. Following its membership of the MyHouse Group the company began focusing on energy efficiency. It introduced the MK10 Energy Saver Plus Window, and then the EcoTherm window that used recycled PVCu for its inner core. It also promotes its own EcoBright low iron and low-emissivity glass. Zenith Staybrite also publishes its own quarterly magazine, Zenith Home Magaine. The magazine includes a regular show home feature as well as regular DIY tips, energy saving advice and promotions. The company now has over 1,000 employees and is still based out of Horseham St Faith in Norfolk with sales of 50,000 units a year.
